LandDevelop is a property development equity finance crowd-funding platform that connects investors with property developers. We aspire to democratise the real estate sector in the UK, offering easy access to a wide range of unique equity financing opportunities to everyone.
Large property developers have huge reserves of money to tap into new property sites and finalising lucrative deals. But small to medium sized developers often face difficulties in gaining access to equity to make investments and finance the development. At LandDevelop, we help such developers to acquire the required monetary support by allowing them to leverage from our large pool of investors from around the globe, including HNWIs, family offices, real estate equity funds and institutions, and others.
We believe that everyone should have an equal opportunity in terms of investment in the real estate sector. Which is why we empower investors and provide them with the chance to benefit from great returns that were once only available to big players. Crowd funding is the future of property finance, and we hope many investors will avail this opportunity to co-invest with other sophisticated investors and make the return on investment that they deserve.
It is our mission to enable investors and property developers to establish a seamless, long-term partnership and move forward together in the property development journey via our platform. By working with us, developers could be financed up to 100 percent equity together with bridging loan and development finance. With LandDevelop, everyone benefits!
