Shuo was involved in a Singaporean company going public on the AIM market as Group CFO.
Shuo is the founder of the first Chinese family office in the UK and has been involved in the property business for their family office clients since 2011.
Matthew’s cores skills that come from a Quantity Surveying background provides an astute level of commercial awareness that compliments project management team. Matthew has worked on St George projects and been working on a number of Standard Life projects.
Matthew’s knowledge and experience in the construction and finance industry on an international stage, have provided him with an ability to approach projects and scenarios in a strategic and pragmatic manner. Matthew has implemented his own business strategies at the highest levels, both politically and to a corporate audience in a number of international markets, whilst taking on an understanding of various cultural environments. This translates into a collaborative management style with strong administrative skills. Matthew has learnt to manage projects that come with high levels of demand and expectation.
Simon has over 20 years real estate experience in China and the UK with extensive knowledge and contacts covering all asset classes. Previously Executive Director of FPDSavills China Agency operation overseeing offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Simon was responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies for several major Hong Kong and Chinese commercial and residential developers as well as advising many Multinational companies on their China real estate requirements.
Simon obtained a Master’s Degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
Kalpna has a degree in Business Administration, and a Masters in Advance Information Technology.
She has been exposed to the building field since an early age learning with her father, and she has worked for many companies in the construction industry. While working for one company, she was involved in the marketing of the business and organizing exhibition and press packs for the company. She has basic knowledge of how to use social media for marketing.
Nigel is a Qualified Mortgage Advisor with a B.A. degree in Finance. Nigel has been helping the Fushi family office clients to raise finance for property purchase and also involved in property management business. He strives to find the best possible bridging loan and development finance package for our developers and aspires to make LandDevelop the one-stop shop for their property development journey.
